The site is located on the east side of the M5 motorway and covers an area of 92.6 acres, adjacent to Junction 24. The Junction is the southern motorway junction serving Bridgwater. The site has outline planning for the development of more than 900,000 sq ft of industrial/ warehouse accommodation. There is opportunity for bespoke units from 30,000 sq ft to 600,000 sq ft to suit the occupier. Works are due to commence towards the end of 2023.
